You can find faculty partners through the Heterodox Academy (HxA) which unites faculty, staff, and students bringing open inquiry, viewpoint diversity, and constructive disagreement to higher education. It's free to join, and all members agree to follow The Heterodox Way .

You can also search the current membership of over 7,600 faculty at 1800+ universities, and find potential partners on your campus. Options include starting a Heterodox Campus Community on your campus, joining a virtual HxA community, attending regional and national events, or just grabbing coffee with fellow faculty members on your campus.

The Constructive Dialogue Institute

Has a successful program designed for campus leadership teams to generate and implement a research-driven action plan to promote productive engagement across lines of difference on their campuses. You can check out their offerings here .

FIRE's Faculty Network

Videos will keep you up to speed on the latest free speech issues in higher education; there are lots of resources for Let's Talk faculty leaders, especially for handling "spicy" conversations. You can browse all their faculty videos here , and all of their toolkits here . It's a goldmine.

Heterodox Academy's Heterodox Conversations Guide

Is a how-to guide for hosting conversations at universities with HxA Campus Communities. It was created in conjunction with Living Room Conversations (LRC) to facilitate the free exchange of diverse ideas in higher education. From the website: "LRC is a non-profit organization, founded in 2010 by two women on different sides of the political spectrum, with the goal of bridging divides through conversation. LRC believes that divides are not inevitable: 'We hope for a world in which people who have fundamental differences of opinion and backgrounds learn to work together with respect – and even joy – to realize the vibrant future we all desire for ourselves and our families. Through applying and adapting our conversational model, we hope participants will build relationships that generate understanding and enable collaborative problem-solving.'"
